Outcomes we help HR managers achieve

Through workshops, 1-1 support, and practical tools, we help you unpack your organisation's most pressing wellbeing challenges and come up with sustainable solutions that benefit both employee wellbeing and organisational performance.

Improved wellbeing

We help you better understand the factors affecting wellbeing, identify barriers, and co-develop realistic solutions.

Increased engagement

We work with you to develop wellbeing solutions that reinforce, rather than sacrifice, engagement and productivity.

Higher retention

We show you how to move from short-term fixes to sustained improvements.

The Workplace Wellbeing Framework

Our 6 steps to success

Originally designed to tackle complex public health problems such as smoking and vaccine uptake, we apply this 6-step approach to focus on the deeper drivers of wellbeing: culture, systems, leadership, and everyday working practices.

Step 1: Understand the problem

Focus on specific areas of concern in your organisation and the causal factors.

Step 4: Action plan

Design the details of your programme and how they relate to the desired outcomes.

Step 2: Identify modifiable factors

Identify which causal factors are within your power to change.

Step 5: Test and adapt

Test your programme, remain flexible, and adapt it based on real-life feedback.

Step 3: Develop a road map

Outline pathways from modifiable factors to desired wellbeing and performance outcomes.

Step 6: Evaluate

Identify what success looks like, for whom, and under what circumstances.
